We’d like to throw this weblog out there so we can get some “real estate” reactions. We’d like to know what our readers think about the present growth that is taking place on our lovely little friendly island of St. Maarten. We love St. Maarten with a passion and it’s also great for business but is it in the island’s best interest to develop so much of it. We’d like to read your comments on this subject and any other related real estate issue.
